Common questions
Which cameras work? Any IP camera or NVR that speaks RTSP or ONVIF, from the common brands sold in India.
Where is my video stored? On your own server. Iron VMS runs as a Windows, Linux or macOS service on a machine you own; nothing has to go to the cloud.
How do alerts reach me? On WhatsApp, SMS, email or a webhook, per use case and per shift.
I forgot my password. Ask your Iron VMS administrator to reset it from System, Users. For the demo, email us.
